Is my data safe?
Yes. Your webinars and leads are stored securely on CoachStream and locked to your account — no other coach can see them. You can export your leads to CSV anytime.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. There's nothing to install or host. Sign up, pick your page name, and create your first webinar in the Studio.
Where do my videos live?
Upload your recording to YouTube as Unlisted (free, and fast on any connection) and paste the link — or paste a direct MP4 link from any video host like Bunny or Vimeo.
What is the difference between Live and Replay?
Live plays your recording at the times you set, so everyone watches together like a real broadcast. Replay lets anyone with the link watch whenever they want, in your own branded player.
How do I connect Telegram?
Create a bot with @BotFather, paste its token in the Studio, and add the bot as an admin of your group or channel with permission to invite users. That’s it — CoachStream runs the bot for you.
Is there a limit on webinars or signups?
No. Create as many webinars as you like and take unlimited signups. Emails to your leads are included, up to 2,000 a day.
Are there any other charges?
No. It’s $50 a month and everything is included — webinars, emails, Telegram automation and the AI assistant.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. After that your public pages pause, but your webinars and leads are kept — resubscribe anytime to switch everything back on.
